As part of our application review, we may conduct a soft credit inquiry. A soft inquiry does not affect your credit score. Hard credit inquiries are not performed as part of the website application process. Currently, no credit inquiry integration is connected to the website application system, and no credit-inquiry authorization is collected at the time of submission; if a soft inquiry is later performed as part of our manual review, any authorization required by applicable law will be collected separately and will not be combined with acceptance of our Terms and Privacy Policy.
Open item for review: Determine with counsel whether a separate, explicit credit-inquiry authorization is required (and its exact wording and placement in the application) before launch. No such authorization is currently collected, and it is intentionally not combined with the Terms and Privacy Policy acceptance.
Application records are stored in the application's database with access controls that restrict reading, editing, and deleting application records to authorized personnel. Uploaded documents are stored in private storage and are not publicly accessible; document access links are time-limited and restricted to authorized team members. Application records and CRM records described in Section 4 are stored separately; deleting an application record in the website system does not automatically delete the corresponding CRM record. Open item for review: Specific retention periods must be defined with counsel before publication; no retention schedule is asserted in this draft.
